Jiang Yingwu, the current executive director of the company, was elected as the chairman of the sixth board of directors and the director of the strategy and investment and financing committee of the sixth board of directors.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Articles of Association of the Company and the communication vote of the board of directors on February 9, 2023

, Jinyu Group announced that Jiang Yingwu, the current executive director of the company, was elected as the chairman of the sixth board of directors of the company and the strategy of the sixth board of directors of the company. Effective February 9, 2023, the term of each appointment shall be the same as the term of the Sixth Board.
