The two illegal vessels were detained on the spot and measures were taken against the personnel on board. As the facts of the illegal act are clear, it is expected that the seized vessel will be dismantled in the future.
The joint operation captured two sand mining vessels, effectively cracking down on illegal sand mining in the Nanxi River and ensuring the normal and stable order of water affairs in the Nanxi River in the near future. Nanxi River is rich in sand resources and prone to illegal sand mining.
