Illegal construction of concrete mixing station, forced demolition!

Recently, Mr. Li (not his real name), a citizen, left a message to the platform of "Internet + Supervision" in Chongqing: the dust in the concrete mixing station of Chongkan No.3 Building Materials Factory in Group 7, Dawu Village, Chongkan Town, Tongnan District disturbs the people. After

receiving the response, after preliminary verification, Chongqing's "Internet + Supervision" platform was promptly handed over to Tongnan District for verification.

According to the on-site investigation of Chongkan Town in Tongnan District, Chongkan No.3 Building Material Factory has the behavior of "illegally occupying the land of 7 communities in Dawu Village, Chongkan Town, Tongnan District without approval, failing to organize the preparation of environmental impact reports, environmental impact reports or fill in environmental impact registration forms according to regulations, and building ready-mixed concrete mixing stations (points) without authorization". It violates the relevant provisions of the Land Management Law and the Environmental Impact Assessment Law. Chongkan Town of Tongnan District has asked the operator of the factory to stop production immediately and informed the Tongnan District Housing and Construction Commission of the relevant situation.

On May 9, the Tongnan District Housing and Construction Commission issued the Notice of Demolition within a Time Limit for the related illegal acts of Chongkan No.3 Building Materials Factory, and the mixing station was demolished within 5 days. On May 17, Chongkan Town shut down the third building materials factory in Chongkan according to law. Because Chongkan No.3 Building Materials Factory did not demolish the mixing station by itself within the prescribed time limit, Chongkan Town has now demolished it compulsorily according to law.
