The mining right is designed to ensure the supply of stones for key projects, major projects and livelihood projects, and deep processing should be carried out nearby according to the unified planning and layout. The winner needs to invest in the construction of a "mining and processing integration" industrial park of not less than 100 mu in Tongcheng to extend the industrial chain, with an investment intensity of not less than 2 million yuan per mu and a construction period of not more than 2 years (calculated from the date of signing the Mining Right Transfer Contract). After one year of operation, the average tax per mu must be more than 150000 yuan, which shall be settled annually, and the insufficient part shall be made up by the cash of the bidder. Under the same conditions, priority should be given to the protection of key projects, major projects and livelihood projects in the city.
