The new wear-resistant coating used this time has obvious advantages in reducing environmental pollution and saving resource costs compared with the previous welding anti-wear treatment of wear-resistant welding rods. Because its main materials are small particles of ceramics and quartz, it has the advantages of strong adhesion, good quick-drying, safety, environmental protection and degradability, and the man-hour cost is significantly reduced compared with the wear-resistant welding reinforcement of the inner wall.
This measure solves the problem that it is inconvenient to add lining plates to the inner walls of irregular and arc-shaped guide grooves and feed inlets for anti-wear protection, and also greatly reduces the labor cost and production cost.
