, 2023 In order to strengthen the supervision of the quality and safety of food-related products in the business link of our province, In 2022, the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Guangdong Province organized the production of feeding bottles, nipples, infant plastic tableware, tableware detergents, food paper packaging containers and other products, straws (paper straws, degradable straws), food plastic container tools, fresh-keeping films (bags), disposable plastic tableware (including degradable materials). Disposable bamboo chopsticks, pressure cookers, melamine tableware, glass products for food contact, ceramic products for food contact, stainless steel kitchenware, stainless steel containers, aluminum products for food contact, coatings and coating products for food contact, rubber products for food contact, Twenty kinds of food-related products, such as electric heating and electric food processing equipment , carried out provincial "double random" supervision and spot checks, totaling 1007 batches of samples. According to the inspection and judgment of relevant national standards and product express standards, there are 1002 batches of qualified samples and 5 batches of unqualified samples for sampling inspection items (see annex). First, 50 batches of melamine tableware were
sampled. Sensory, soaking solution, total migration, potassium permanganate consumption, heavy metals (calculated by Pb), decolorization test, formaldehyde monomer migration, melamine monomer migration and other items were tested according to relevant national standards and effective enterprise product standards. The unqualified items were total migration [4% (volume fraction) acetic acid], formaldehyde monomer migration [4% (volume fraction) acetic acid] and melamine monomer migration [4% (volume fraction) acetic acid].
(I) For Hongtu brand Chunmei magnetic chopsticks sold by Shantou Longhui Supermarket Co., Ltd. (Production unit: Foshan Nanhai Honghuimei Magnetic Products Factory), the migration amount of formaldehyde monomer [4% (volume fraction) acetic acid] and melamine monomer [4% (volume fraction) acetic acid] do not meet the national safety standards for food-related products. The inspection institution is Guangdong Institute of Product Quality Supervision and Inspection.
(II) Zhonghuafeng 298 (chopsticks) (specification and model: 24.5cm, production unit: Haomen Plastic Products Co., Ltd.) sold by Shantou Chaoyang Jinlefeng Trading Co., Ltd. did not meet the national safety standards for food-related products in terms of total migration [4% (volume fraction) acetic acid]. (III) For the Huangbang melamine chopsticks sold by Zhanjiang Quanjiafu Shopping Plaza Co., Ltd. (Specification and model: 10 pairs, production unit: Guangzhou Xindi Rubber and Plastic Products Co., Ltd.), the migration amount of formaldehyde monomer [4% (volume fraction) acetic acid] does not meet the national safety standards for food-related products. 2. Straws (paper straws, degradable straws)
40 batches of straws (paper straws, degradable straws) were sampled. Sensory, soaking solution, total migration, potassium permanganate consumption, heavy metals (calculated by Pb), formaldehyde, lead (calculated by Pb), arsenic (calculated by As), coliform bacteria, Salmonella, fungi and other items were tested according to relevant national standards and effective enterprise product standards. 200 batches of disposable plastic tableware (including disposable tableware made of degradable materials) were sampled. Sensory, soaking solution, total migration amount, potassium permanganate consumption, heavy metal (calculated by Pb), decolorization test, coliform bacteria, salmonella, mold count and other items were tested according to relevant national standards and effective enterprise product standards.
