The results have the advantages of low density of lightweight concrete and ultra-high mechanical properties of ordinary ultra-high performance concrete (LUHPC), such as bulk density ≤ 2100 kg/m3, 28 d flexural strength ≥ 20 MPa, compressive strength ≥ 100 MPa. Compared with ordinary UHPC, it has the advantages of lighter weight, ready-mixed production, good pumping performance, simple steam curing process and lower shrinkage. It has solved the problem that it is difficult to give consideration to both lightweight and ultra-high performance of cement-based materials at the same time, and the results have strong innovation, remarkable technical, economic and environmental benefits, and the overall results have reached the international advanced level. The production and construction technology of
this achievement is compatible with the hardware facilities of most of the company's ready-mix plants, and related products have been applied in pier columns, beams, bridge decks and other bridge structures, with good application results, significantly enhancing the company's core competitiveness in related fields. At the same time, the popularization and application of the products will provide strong technical support for the modern development direction of high load and rapid construction of bridge construction in China.
