Zhang Zonghui pointed out that on September 15, 2022, the new 4000t/d cement clinker production line of Quanxing Cement Company was officially started, which opened the curtain of project construction. Over the past four and a half months, Quanxing Cement and Handan Zhongcai have been working together in the same direction, striving to overcome the repeated impact of the epidemic, the severe weather in hot summer and winter, and other adverse factors, firmly adhering to the goal of "building a benchmark project in the north of the Yangtze River", adhering to the policy of "quality is life, safety is benefit", and the project is safe, stable, scientific and efficient. The overall progress has reached the expected goal.
Zhang Zonghui emphasized that Quanxing Cement Company should take the lifting ceremony of the preheater tower as an opportunity to further strengthen the sense of responsibility, efficiency, safety, quality and coordination, strengthen close cooperation with project design, civil engineering, installation, supervision and auditing units, seize the favorable opportunity, and strive to achieve the goal. The project construction will be promoted with high standards and high efficiency to ensure the realization of the overall goal of project ignition on September 15, 2023, and jointly build the 4000t/d clinker production line project of Quanxing Cement into a high-end, intelligent and modern cement production line.
Wang Jun said that the lifting of the kiln tail frame marked that the new 4000t/d cement clinker production line of Quanxing Cement Company had entered a new stage, and the installation project was about to enter a peak period. Handan Zhongcai will firmly grasp the overall goal unchanged, build the project into a "high-end, intelligent, modern benchmarking, garden-style factory", make every effort to promote the project construction, fully implement the quality, safety and progress requirements, and build the project into a first-class Huaihai and domestic "double first-class initiative" project to Quanxing Group. the ceremony site, Zhou Qin, the project manager of Handan Sinoma Quanxing Project Department, reported the preparation of preheater tower hoisting and asked for instructions on site.
