It is reported that the total investment of the 4000t/d cement clinker production line project of Quanxing Cement Company is 1.02 billion yuan, which is designed by Nanjing Institute of Sinoma and constructed by Handan Sinoma. The project adopts the process equipment with first-class technology in China to realize the automation, intelligence and high-end of the whole process. After operation, the production, energy consumption and emission indicators have reached the first-class level in China. It is estimated that the standard coal consumption of clinker is ≤ 95kg/t, the power consumption of clinker is ≤ 45kwh/t, and the ultra-low emission of environmental protection has reached the A-level enterprise standard of environmental protection performance evaluation.
