The project is planned to be transferred for 20 years, with an annual output of 8.5 million cubic meters, a mining area of 1.519 square kilometers, a 14842 reserve of 5900 cubic meters of granite for construction, and a cover volume of 51.461 million cubic meters.

On February 7, the mining right of granite mine for construction in Niulankeng Mining Area, Duyang Town, Yunan District, Yunfu City, Guangdong Province was successfully sold, with an initial listing price of 2.58 billion yuan, and China Electric Power Construction (Yunfu) Green Mining Co., Ltd. successfully won by 3.2 billion yuan, with a premium rate of 24.03%.
