The announcement said that according to the risk warning opinions of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Development and Reform Commission, combined with the hearing opinions, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of the Xinjiang Autonomous Region and the Development and Reform Commission of the Xinjiang Autonomous Region issued the risk warning opinions of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Development and Reform Commission from January 9 to January 28, 2023. The annual output of 1.5 million tons of ultra-thin and highly transparent photovoltaic glass manufacturing project for new energy equipment of Hesheng Silicon Industry Co., Ltd. in central Xinjiang was publicized, and there was no objection during the publicity period. Based on the risk warning opinions, hearing opinions and publicity, it is agreed that Xinjiang Central Hesheng Silicon Industry Co., Ltd. will produce 1.5 million tons of ultra-thin and highly transparent photovoltaic glass for new energy equipment annually.
