This year, the Fujian Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision included the control of urban dust pollution in the annual "point problem control" content. Since the start of the task, Fuzhou has rapidly entered the "answer" state, and eight departments, such as the ecological environment, have carried out in-depth special actions to control urban dust pollution throughout the city, making every effort to protect "Fuzhou Blue". On August 26, the reporter learned that by the end of August, all kinds of dust problems in Fuzhou had been rectified 865 times; 109 letters and visits were accepted, and the settlement rate reached 100% on schedule.
According to the requirements of work deployment, Fuzhou has made great efforts to solve the air pollution problems caused by construction site dust, urban road dust, industrial enterprise dust, reserve land dust, port and wharf dust, mining and processing area dust.
Port and wharf dust is a major focus of this renovation. On August 16, Jiangyin Port Station carried out a special dust control inspection on the coal yard of Guoneng (Fuzhou) Thermal Power Co., Ltd. under its jurisdiction, and found that the yard was affected by typhoon "Du Suri", resulting in damage to more than 400 windproof and dust suppression nets, and then asked the enterprise to rectify immediately. In the process of repairing, the enterprise was also affected by typhoon "Haikui", resulting in more than 1000 wind-proof and dust-suppression nets damaged and three rows of steel structures collapsed, resulting in the overall cavity of wind-proof and dust-suppression nets, covering an area of 1120 square meters.
Considering that the area is about to carry out the fully closed reconstruction project of the storage yard, Jiangyin Port Station, after fully studying and discussing with the enterprise, suggests that it should take temporary measures of hanging dense mesh to rectify, and increase the frequency of patrol inspection, spraying frequency and duration during the rectification period to suppress the operation dust. On September 15, the enterprise completed all the rectification work. To
control dust pollution, precise measures are needed to achieve efficient control. In Jin'an District, in view of the dust problem at the demolition site of Xiyuan Village under provincial and municipal supervision, Xindian Town actively explores remote intelligent supervision, installs video probes that can be monitored remotely at the demolition site of Xiyuan District, regularly checks the monitoring contents of the probes, and checks the dust provention and control at the demolition site, so as to discover problems in time, rectify hidden dangers in time, and continuously strengthen the level of fine management. Whether
the masses are satisfied or not is the criterion for evaluating the effect of "answering questions". The responsible person of Fuzhou Ecological Environment Bureau introduced that Fuzhou has established five mechanisms for dust pollution control, namely, coordination and linkage mechanism, clue transfer and feedback mechanism, supervision and evaluation mechanism, account management mechanism and long-term control mechanism, and arranged inspectors to conduct all-weather inspection of dust pollution in urban areas. We will continue to promote the implementation of the "spot remediation" of urban dust in Fuzhou, and constantly enhance the people's sense of access, happiness and security.
