Four ready-mixed concrete enterprises were required to rectify within a time limit.

On September 26, the Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau of Qingdao West Coast New Area issued a notice ordering four ready-mixed concrete enterprises, such as Qingdao Luhang Concrete Industry Co., Ltd., to rectify within a time limit. According to the

notice, four ready-mixed concrete production enterprises with qualification certificates can not meet the requirements of the qualification standard for professional contracting of ready-mixed concrete.

Recently, during the supervision and inspection, our Bureau found that some ready-mixed concrete production enterprises with qualification certificates in the new area could not meet the requirements of the professional contracting qualification standards for ready-mixed concrete.

According to Article 28 of the Provisions on the Administration of Qualifications of Construction Enterprises: "If an enterprise no longer meets the requirements of the corresponding qualification standards for construction enterprises, the competent department of housing construction in urban and rural areas of the local people's government at or above the county level and other relevant departments shall order it to make corrections within a time limit and announce them to the public, and the time limit for rectification shall not exceed three months." During the rectification period, the enterprise shall not apply for upgrading or adding items of construction enterprise qualification, and shall not undertake new projects; if the enterprise fails to meet the requirements of construction enterprise qualification standards within the time limit, the qualification licensing authority may withdraw its construction enterprise qualification certificate. Four ready-mixed concrete production enterprises, such as Qingdao Luhang Concrete Industry Co., Ltd., are now ordered to rectify (the rectification period is 3 months, from July 24, 2023 to October 24, 2023), and no new projects shall be undertaken within the rectification period. After the expiration of the

rectification period, if it still fails to meet the requirements of the professional contracting qualification standard for ready-mixed concrete, according to Article 28 of the Regulations on the Qualification Management of Construction Enterprises, our Bureau shall report the relevant information to the Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau of Qingdao City, and suggest that the qualification examination and approval authority withdraw the qualification certificate of the enterprise according to law.
