On September 26, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment issued a circular on the principles for the approval of environmental impact assessment documents for construction projects in four industries, namely, cement manufacturing , electrolytic aluminium, integrated circuit manufacturing, lithium-ion batteries and related battery materials manufacturing (draft for comments). cement manufacturing construction projects (draft for comments), it is pointed out that the principle of examination and approval is applicable to cement manufacturing (including cement grinding station) in cement, lime and gypsum manufacturing 301 in the Catalogue of Classified Management of Environmental Impact Assessment for Construction Projects (2021 edition). Limestone mining (supporting cement clinker manufacturing) in soil and sand mining 101 (excluding river sand mining projects). Examination and approval of environmental impact assessment documents for construction projects of cement kiln co-disposal of solid waste in centralized disposal of hazardous waste (excluding medical waste), disposal and comprehensive utilization of general industrial solid waste (including sewage treatment sludge), and centralized disposal of domestic waste (including kitchen waste).

The national average price of P.O42.5 bulk cement shows the price of cement in various regions from June 18 to June 26. Overall, the national average price dropped slightly, down 0.05% from the previous month. Prices in many regions remained unchanged, with a month-on-month ratio of 0%. The price change is more obvious in Hainan, where the price has increased to a certain extent, with a ring ratio of 4.66%; the price decline in Xinjiang is relatively prominent, with a ring ratio of 2.43%.
