The above amount of capital increase is included in the capital reserve of Longji Leye and Xixian Leye. After the completion of the capital increase, the registered capital of Longji Leye and Xixian Leye will remain unchanged.
New Energy Micro News learned that Xixian Leye is the main body of Longji Green Energy's annual output of 29 GW high-efficiency single crystal battery project. The project was previously planned to produce 15GW per year, and then expanded to 29GW in January this year, and decided to introduce HPBC technology. According to the
construction schedule, the Xixian Leye Project is expected to be completed and put into full operation in September 2023.
HPBC is the abbreviation of composite passivation back contact battery, which is characterized by no grid line on the front side of the battery. At present, the well-known battery technologies in the photovoltaic cell sector include N-type battery HJT technology and TOPcon technology. Longji Green Energy believes that HPBC products are more stable and reliable than aforementioned N-type battery technology.
"The commercial conditions for large-scale production of HPBC high-efficiency battery technology independently developed by the company are mature, and the conversion efficiency of mass production of HPBC battery products exceeds 25%." As for the company's HPBC technology, Longji Green Energy said that its products can be widely used in roof, ground power station and other scenarios.
