In the report, Secretary-General Gao Zhi said that in 2022, affected by many unfavorable factors, the overall operation of the concrete and cement products industry showed a downward trend for the first time, with the cumulative operating income of Enterprises above the industry scale of 1.97 trillion yuan, down 10.7% from the same period last year. At the end of the year, the net accounts receivable of the whole industry exceeded 1 trillion yuan, and the proportion of accounts receivable in business income reached 52%, an increase of nearly 10 percentage points over the same period last year.
She also reported the existing problems in the whole concrete industry: the overall strength is not strong, the industry is scattered, the enterprise scale is small, the industry concentration is not high; the technology, equipment and product innovation ability is insufficient; the production capacity is seriously excessive, the product homogeneity is serious, and the market competition is disorderly, which need to be actively responded and solved by the industry.
