We have received your Report on the Transfer of Glass Production Capacity of Ningbo Kangli Glass Co., Ltd. (YJXJ [2023] No.42). After examination, the production capacity index of 600 tons per day of Ningbo Kangli Glass Co., Ltd. was transferred to Benxi Fuyao Float Glass Co., Ltd. as the construction capacity index of its 600 tons per day float glass production line project, which meets the requirements of the "Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in Cement Glass Industry" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology No.2021). It is hereby confirmed and announced.
