Highlighting the large-scale development of distributed photovoltaic in the whole county and promoting the development of centralized photovoltaic in an eco-friendly way with high quality, the installed capacity of photovoltaic in the province will reach 27.62 million kilowatts by 2025. By 2025, the installed capacity of wind power in the province will reach more than 6.41 million kilowatts, including more than 5 million kilowatts of offshore wind power. During
the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the installed capacity of new offshore wind power and photovoltaic power in the province doubled, and the increment reached 17 million kilowatts and 20 million kilowatts. Among them, the newly installed photovoltaic capacity is more than 12.45 million kilowatts, striving to reach 15 million kilowatts. We will continue to promote the application of distributed photovoltaic in characteristic towns, future communities, industrial parks and economic development zones, as well as public buildings and facilities such as schools, hospitals and sewage treatment plants. We will promote the integration of building photovoltaic in new factories and commercial buildings, and increase the installed capacity of distributed photovoltaic by more than 6.45 million kilowatts, which will be promoted in more than 30 counties. More than 3 million kilowatts of fishing-photovoltaic complementary power stations will be built by using tidal flats and fish ponds, and more than 3 million kilowatts of agricultural (forestry) photovoltaic complementary power stations will be built by using sloping fields and facility agricultural land. Five years later, the policy of "selling electricity through the wall" based on "double carbon" will be implemented in Zhejiang, which will be a significant measure.
According to the data released by the National Energy Administration, Zhejiang Province added 6.972 GW of photovoltaic installed capacity in 2022, ranking the top four in the country. Among them, the newly installed capacity of industrial and commercial distribution is 6.608 GW, ranking first in the country.
