The announcement shows that Shu Hua resigned as vice chairman, director, general manager and special committee of the board of directors because he reached the legal retirement age, and no longer holds any position in the company.
At the same time, the announcement disclosed the list of new director candidates and general managers. As recommended by the
shareholders and nominated by the nomination committee of the board of directors, Zhu Zhanjun is the director candidate of the fifth session of the board of directors, and Jiang Weipeng serves as the general manager of the company. The term of office of the above two persons shall expire on the expiry date of the fifth session of the Board of Directors.
Shu Hua , born in October 1962, is a Chinese national with permanent residence in Hong Kong. He graduated from Tongji University in China with a master's degree in business administration (advanced management) and a doctor's degree in business administration from Fudan University. Industry Professor of Nanjing University, Executive Vice President of the New Energy Chamber of Commerce of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Vice President of the Photovoltaic Branch of the China Chamber of Commerce of Machinery and Electronics. In July 2000, he joined Xiexin Group. He has been the general manager of Taicang GCL-Poly Thermal Power Co., Ltd. , the vice president of GCL Power Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. , and the executive director of GCL-Poly Energy Holdings Co., Ltd . From February 10, 2015 to November 2, 2018, he served as the chairman of GCL System Integration Technology Co ., Ltd. In August 2021, he once again served as the chairman and general manager of GCL Integration Technology Co., Ltd.
Zhu Zhanjun , born in August 1969, is a Chinese national with no permanent residence abroad and a master's degree. He was the production director and general manager of Xuzhou West Thermal Power Plant, the deputy general manager of Zhejiang Huzhou Xiexin Thermal Power Plant, the general manager of Nanjing Xiexin Thermal Power Plant, and the general manager of Jiangsu Xiexin Silicon Material Technology Development Co., Ltd. General Manager of Xuzhou Xiexin Solar Energy Materials Co., Ltd ., Executive President and CEO of Xiexin Technology Holdings Co., Ltd . He is currently Vice Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Board of Directors of GCL Technology Holdings Limited and Vice Chairman of GCL Group Limited.
Jiang Weipeng , born in October 1983, Chinese nationality, no permanent residence abroad, MBA. He has been the deputy general manager of Rui (Vietnam) Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd., the head of Meishan Company of Tongwei Solar Energy (Chengdu) Co., Ltd., and the assistant general manager of Tongwei Solar Energy Co., Ltd. Since April 2023, he has been the Chief Operating Officer and President of Manufacturing Business of GCL Integration Technology Co., Ltd.
