Three cement enterprises in Fujian have not yet started ultra-low emission transformation and have been interviewed.

In order to speed up the progress of ultra-low emission transformation of cement industry in Xinluo District, Longyan City, Fujian Province, and fulfill the requirements of the Party and government objectives in 2023 (city and district), on September 20, the Xinluo Bureau of Ecology and Envi ronment met with the enterprises that ranked low in the progress of ultra-low emission transformation of cement enterprises. It emphasizes once again the time limit for the completion of ultra-low emission work and the requirements for the next step.

The meeting pointed out that according to the requirements of the document "Longyan Cement Industry Ultra-low Emission Transformation Implementation Plan", three cement enterprises in Xinluo District, Huarun Cement (Longyan) Co., Ltd., Huarun Cement (Longyan Yanshi) Co., Ltd., and Fujian Chunchi Group Xinfeng Cement Co., Ltd., need to complete the ultra-low emission transformation work in December. At present, the ultra-low emission transformation of the above three cement enterprises has not yet started, and the progress is lagging behind.

The meeting emphasized that ultra-low emission transformation is an important measure to implement the spirit of the provincial ecological environment protection conference, an important practice to explore the collaborative innovation of pollution reduction and carbon reduction in our region, and the main path to promote the high-quality development of the industry and continuously improve the environmental air quality. The meeting demanded that the three cement enterprises must raise awareness, further consolidate their main responsibilities, formulate timetables, road maps and inverted schedules to ensure that the ultra-low emission transformation work starts in October and is fully completed by the end of December.

Next, the Xinluo Bureau of Ecology and Environment will intensify its efforts to assist enterprises in carrying out ultra-low emission transformation, guide and supervise the progress of transformation projects, solve problems in enterprise transformation in a timely manner, firmly promote ultra-low emission transformation, and promote green, low-carbon and high-quality development.
