On September 22, the Hunan Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment issued the "Announcement on the Evaluation Results of A-level and B-level Enterprises of Emergency Emission Reduction Performance Grading for Heavily Polluted Weather in Hunan Province", which showed that in order to actively respond to heavily polluted weather, further highlight the precise, scientific and legal pollution control, the Hunan Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment issued the "Announcement on the Evaluation Results of A-level and B-level Enterprises of Emergency Emission Reduction Performance Grading for Heavily Polluted Weather". According to the requirements of the Technical Guidelines for the Formulation of Emergency Emission Reduction Measures for Key Industries in Heavily Polluted Weather (Revised Edition 2020) (No.340 of the Atmospheric Letter of the Environmental Office), through enterprise declaration, preliminary evaluation at the municipal level, public announcement and provincial evaluation, the ecological environment department has approved three new A-level enterprises and six B-level enterprises in this round. A total of 4 A-level enterprises and 8 B-level enterprises have been assessed in key industries in the province. Enterprises rated as A-level and performance-leading enterprises can take emission reduction measures independently and reduce the frequency of supervision and inspection in case of heavy pollution weather emergency.
Among them, there are 3 A-level cement enterprises and 6 B-level cement enterprises.
