Recently, the mass concrete pouring of 17000 square meters of tower B of Hangzhou SKP project, which was constructed by the Fourth Company of the Eighth Bureau of China Construction, was successfully completed, marking the success of "rooting" in the new core of Qianjiang Century City and entering a new stage of "high-rise buildings rising from the ground".
Hangzhou SKP project covers an area of about 65000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 688000 square meters. It is located in the core area of Qianjiang Century City, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City, adjacent to Yingfeng Road Station of Metro Line 2, and is the first high-end commercial complex on the South Bank of Qianjiang River. It is an important part of Hangzhou's new urban double-heart structure, as well as a key project of Zhejiang Province with investment exceeding 10 billion yuan and future sales exceeding 10 billion yuan. The average excavation depth of the foundation pit of
the project is 22 meters, and the maximum excavation depth is about 29 meters. The foundation pit has a large area, deep excavation, many sub-pits and high protection requirements, so the construction difficulty is the highest in the region. The mass concrete thickness of the tower floor is 4 meters, the maximum thickness is 8.95 meters, the raft concrete volume is large, the thickness is large, and the pressure water control requirements are high, which brings great challenges to the construction organization, deployment and quality control of the floor.

, the concrete pouring volume of the floor reached more than 17,000 cubic meters, which lasted 60 hours. Four truck pumps were put into the site, eight commercial concrete production lines were mobilized to supply at full capacity all day, more than 100 concrete trucks were mobilized, and more than 1500 vehicles were dispatched. More than 1500 tons of steel bars and more than 100 tons of section steel columns were put into the tower floor, and more than 140 steel bar workers and more than 60 masons were put into the construction of the floor. Internet of things intelligent control of confined water technology, wireless thermometry technology, BIM technology collision inspection and simulation of pouring, intelligent maintenance robot and so on are used in pouring, which effectively guarantees the construction of mass concrete.

In order to reduce the hydration reaction of concrete, reduce the hydration heat and ensure the construction quality of the floor, the project team has invited a number of concrete experts to carry out program discussions, organize scientifically, learn from similar engineering experience, at the same time, link laboratories and commercial mixing stations, optimize the mix ratio, reduce the cement content, and form a low-heat double-mixed concrete mix ratio. The project is located in the core area of Qianjiang Century City, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City, with large traffic flow and complex traffic conditions on the surrounding trunk roads. In order to ensure the continuity of concrete pouring during the peak period, the project team counted and sorted out the surrounding road flow data in advance, analyzed and planned the optimal path, calculated the number of concrete trucks on demand, reasonably avoided the adverse effects of traffic in the main urban area during the peak period, ensured the efficient and timely supply of concrete, and successfully completed the pouring task.
