Recently, the 5000t/d energy-saving and consumption-reducing technical renovation project of Anhui Guangde Southern Cement Co., Ltd., contracted by Tianjin Cement Institute, was successfully ignited at one time.
Guangde South Project is a technical transformation project for energy saving and consumption reduction of 5000t/d cement clinker production line from five-stage to six-stage preheater, including the transformation from the elevator into the kiln to the raw material into the kiln and part of the tertiary air duct. The project was officially shut down on February 16, 2023 and started construction. The technical transformation of the project is deep, the construction space is limited, and the construction period is extremely tight. With the support and assistance of the construction party and the company, all members of the project department organized the construction scientifically, carefully deployed on-site personnel, machinery and materials, overcome many unfavorable factors, and finally achieved the one-time ignition success of the project within 98 days.
Guangde South Project uses new nano-board thermal insulation materials, and uses microcrystalline board masonry in smoke chambers and some air ducts, which greatly increases the thermal insulation effect and wear resistance. The process dimensions of the tuyeres at all levels of the preheater, the material spreading table of the blanking pipe, the necking of the decomposition furnace and the inner diameter of the tertiary air duct were repeatedly discussed and studied by the company's design experts, and each construction process was strictly controlled on site, which laid a solid foundation for the project to achieve the energy saving and consumption reduction targets stipulated in the contract. The successful ignition
of Guangde South Project marks that the project has formally entered the production stage. In the future, the project team will continue to adhere to the concept of "contract is silver, performance is gold", complete the performance assessment and finishing work in strict accordance with the contract provisions and the requirements of the construction party, and submit a satisfactory answer to the company and the owner.
