Proposed Change of Name In accordance with the "14th Five-Year" strategic development plan of the Group, the Group will reclassify its business into four business segments, namely basic building materials, structural building materials, functional building materials and new materials in 2021, of which the basic building materials segment mainly includes cement and aggregate. The structural building materials business mainly includes concrete and prefabricated buildings, the functional building materials business mainly includes artificial stone, ceramic tile glue and white cement, and the new materials business mainly explores the development opportunities of new materials such as silicon-based, calcium-based and basalt. Since 2022, the Group has actively seized opportunities and made breakthroughs in the above four business segments, and the proportion of non-cement business has increased year by year. The Board is of the view that "cement" can no longer fully cover the type of business of the Group.
