On the evening of May 29, Hengda Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. issued a notice on major matters involving major litigation and failure to pay off debts due.
The announcement shows that by the end of April 2023, the number of pending litigation cases involving issuers with a target amount of more than 30 million yuan totaled 1426, and the total amount of the target amount was about 349.553 billion yuan.
As at the end of April 2023, the Issuer's outstanding debts (excluding domestic and overseas bonds) amounted to approximately RMB272.479 billion. In addition, as at the end of April 2023, the Issuer's overdue commercial bills amounted to approximately RMB245.987 billion. During April
2023, Evergrande Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. added 130 pieces of information to be executed, with a total amount of 2.924 billion yuan.
