Guangdong Qingxin Cement Co., Ltd., located in Shitan Town, Qingxin District, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anhui Conch Cement Co., Ltd. In the first phase, there are two new dry process cement clinker production lines with a daily output of 5000 tons.
The second phase of the project is also located in the existing plant area, mainly building a new dry process cement clinker production line with a daily output of 5000 tons, equipped with an annual output of 2 million tons of cement grinding system, 9 MW waste heat power generation system and necessary production auxiliary facilities, which is expected to produce 1.8 million tons of cement annually after completion and commissioning. The annual output value is 1 billion yuan.
As a traditional industry, Guangdong Qingxin Cement Co., Ltd. has been accelerating the pace of transformation and upgrading, so that cement production has changed from manufacturing to "intelligent manufacturing". After the second phase of the project is put into operation, the whole process from sampling to testing will be automated without manual operation, and the materials will be transported directly by pipelines and tested by robotic arms. At the same time, Fang Jiesong introduced that the second phase of the project will adopt a series of advanced technologies and equipment, such as SCR technology and bag dust collection technology. To ensure that nitrogen oxides are controlled within 50 mg/standard cubic meters, sulfur dioxide is controlled within 30 mg/standard cubic meters, particulate matter is controlled within 10 mg/standard cubic meters, and environmental protection and energy consumption indicators are up to the industry leading level.
"After the completion of the second phase of the project, it will become the first full-process intelligent, energy-saving and environment-friendly cement demonstration production line in Guangdong Province."
