company, said: Our project started construction in March, including civil steel structure, kiln masonry, equipment installation and electrical installation, and has gone through 10 months. As the project manager of the company, Han Xiaohui is responsible for the overall project construction and operation. Since he came to Zhungeer Economic Development Zone from his hometown in Hebei Province in October 2021, he has only returned home four times in more than a year, each time for less than a week. The construction of major projects with a total investment of 8 billion yuan requires him to stick to the front line at all times and coordinate all aspects of affairs. Now, the first phase of the project has been successfully put into production, which is a critical period of flowering and fruiting, and Han Xiaohui must be stationed here. Although he could not reunite with his family, he was able to experience every important moment of the project's construction and commissioning, and Han Xiaohui felt that all the efforts were worthwhile.
