completed, and transportation has become a new topic. Reporters at the construction site of the project saw that a cement tanker wearing a "flower cotton-padded jacket" shuttled non-stop. It is understood that in order to ensure the normal construction of tunnel concrete, construction personnel ensure that concrete keeps constant temperature during transportation by equipping tankers with thermal insulation clothes, building thermal insulation shed at tunnel entrance and setting thermal insulation doors.
In addition, the project also introduces an intelligent temperature control system, when the temperature in the tunnel is lower than five degrees, the heating equipment such as the warm air gun in the tunnel will automatically open to ensure the pouring and maintenance of concrete. As a key and difficult control project of the whole line, the pile foundation construction of the piers in the water of the Hani River Bridge along the Hani River is also seizing the dry season in winter to carry out intensive and orderly operations. For each section of No.31 and No.32 piers, the insulation layer will be raised by one section at the same time, and the temperature of the piers will be kept within the standard maintenance range by wearing "thick quilts" on the piers and increasing the temperature with warm air guns.
With the joint efforts of more than 2000 builders, the Shenyang-Baiyin High-speed Railway Project constructed by the 20th Bureau of China Railway has completed three tunnels, 1282 bridge pile foundations and six bridge substructures, of which three bridge main structures have been completed, 445000 cubic meters of subgrade earthwork have been completed, and the overall progress has been completed by about 43%.
