of Ma Weiping Ma Weiping, born in 1961, graduated from Tongji University in Shanghai in February 1982, majoring in building materials, and obtained a doctor's degree in materials science from Pennsylvania State University and a master's degree in business administration from Michigan State University in the United States.
From 1996 to 2002, Dr. Ma Weiping served as senior process engineer, project manager and manager of product and development department in Holcim Company of the United States. In 2002, with Lafarge's entry into China, Dr. Ma Weiping successively served as Vice President of Lafarge (China) and Lafarge Ryan Cement, General Manager and Vice President of Lafarge Aggregate and Concrete Branch. Cao Jianshun Cao Jianshun, aged 50, graduated from the Party School of the CPC Shaanxi Provincial Committee with a bachelor's degree in economics and management and holds a master's degree in business administration from Northwest University in the PRC. Mr. Cao has extensive management and technical experience in the building materials industry in the PRC. He joined Yaobai Special Cement Group Co., Ltd. ( "Yaobai Group"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Western Cement, in March 1994 and held a number of key positions, including the director of Yaobai Group Cement Machinery Plant from January 1997 to August 2005; From August 2005 to June 2008, he served as the director of No.1 Cement Plant of Pucheng Yaobai Special Cement Co., Ltd. ( "Pucheng Yaobai"); from June 2008 to December 2012, he served as the manager of Ankang Yaobai Cement Co., Ltd.; From January 2013 to December 2015, he served as the general manager of Ankang District of Yaobai Group. In addition, Mr. Cao was the general manager of Sinoma International Moir Cement Co., Ltd. from January 2016 to December 2018 and the vice president of International Cement Investment Management Company from January 2019 to January 2023.
