Recently, The 3x500Nm3/H water electrolysis green hydrogen production project of Shanxi Pengfei Group Zhengwang Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. , which is EPC contracted by Shanghai Hydrogen Energy Technology Co. , Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Hydrogen New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., has been put into operation. It marks the official commissioning of the first set of CDQ waste heat power generation and hydrogen production project in China. The project started HAZOP analysis and SIL grading of the equipment on April 8, 2023, and was formally put into operation on August 26, realizing the record of the shortest time from the preliminary design to the commissioning of the chemical project, and the purity of the hydrogen produced reached 99.999%. of Zhengwang Hydrogen Energy covers an area of 2,000 square meters. The power supply for water electrolysis hydrogen production comes from the power generation of coke dry quenching waste heat of Pengfei Coking Plant. The annual output of high-purity hydrogen is 1,000 tons, which is complementary to the production of high-purity hydrogen from 20,000 tons/year coke oven gas. At present, the hydrogen produced by water electrolysis equipment has replaced the company's chemical by-product hydrogen to supply gas to four integrated energy islands and 100 hydrogen heavy trucks. The multistage electrolytic water hydrogen production station adopts the integrated design of container skid, and the professional explosion-proof, heating and ventilation design is carried out in the skid, which meets the chemical standards and has excellent performance in safety, reliability, convenience, intelligence and other multi-dimensional indicators. Under the guidance of the goal of
"double carbon", Pengfei Group takes "becoming the world's leading clean energy intelligent enterprise" as its goal, according to the development idea of "one body, two wings, three ports and four chains" put forward by Lvliang Municipal Committee and Municipal Government, and the whole chain cluster system of "gas-station-transport-vehicle". Pengfei Group plans ahead, leads the project, lays out Pengwan Hydrogen Port Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park, plans to build 200000 tons of coke oven tail gas hydrogen production, 5G W wind and solar electricity 100000 tons of green hydrogen, 100 hydrogenation stations, 300000 hydrogen heavy trucks, zero carbon logistics intelligent operation management platform and 10000 heavy truck logistics.
At present, four hydrogenation integrated energy islands have been built and put into operation, the first batch of 100 hydrogen heavy trucks have been put into operation, the first batch of hydrogen commuter buses and the first hydrogen loaders have been put into operation, and the manufacturing project of 300000 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles per year in Pengfei Zhichuang is accelerating. It is understood that in July this year, Hydrogen Energy released its self-developed megawatt Hapex 250Nm ³/H PEM electrolyzer. The product can operate stably in a wide power input range of 5% -150%, and the performance and economy of the electrolyzer product are greatly improved.
