中国联合水泥集团有限公司拟转让持有的太原狮头水泥有限公司49%股权。
近日，中国水泥网从上海联合产权交易所获悉，中国联合水泥集团有限公司拟转让持有的太原狮头水泥有限公司49%股权，转让价格面议。
据了解，太原狮头水泥成立于2011年6月，注册资本50,000万元，经营范围：水泥、水泥熟料、商品混凝土、新型墙体材料的生产销售；水泥生产设备制造、安装及技术咨询；水泥袋加工。太原狮头水泥2022年5月财务数据显示，其营业收入14022.28万元，净利润-255.73万元，资产总计85812.38万元，负债合计43700.31万元，所有者权益42112.06万元，其中货币资金约1亿元，固定资产约6亿元，及存货、应收票据等其他资产。
爱企查显示其股权结构为：太原狮头集团有限公司持股比例51%，中国联合水泥集团有限公司持股比例49%。
