A second generation new dry process cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4500 tons and a special cement clinker production line with a daily output of 1500 tons will be built, and 50000 tons of hazardous waste and 400 tons of domestic waste will be disposed of annually. It also integrates and applies the most advanced design concepts, technologies and equipment in the cement industry to transform the whole plant into a digital and intelligent green plant from the aspects of intelligent control, intelligent logistics, intelligent management, intelligent service and digital mine.
This project adopts the second-generation new dry-process cement technology and equipment, and selects the high-efficiency and low-nitrogen double-series six-stage pre-decomposition system and the high-efficiency energy-saving material bed grinding technology, so that the unit pollutant emission is reduced by 50%, the energy consumption is reduced by 15%, and the standard coal 17000 can be saved by more than tons every year, which has good economic and social benefits.
