This spot check is based on the requirements of GB/T 14684-2022 "Sand for Construction" and GB 6566-2010 "Limits of Radionuclides in Building Materials". The mud content, mica, light matter, sulfide and sulfate, chloride, solidity, crushing index, loose bulk density, organic matter and radioactivity of machine-made sand products were tested. No unqualified items were found in

Machine-made sand is made of rocks, pebbles, mine waste rocks and tailings as raw materials, which are treated by soil removal. It is made by mechanical crushing, shaping, screening, powder control and other processes, and the aggregate, particle shape and stone powder content meet the requirements and the particle size is less than 4. 75 mm. Suggestions for consumers or site users when using this kind of products are as follows:
1. Use "look" to identify
whether the distribution of sand grains is uniform. The more uniform the distribution of sand grains is, the better the quality of machine-made sand is.
2. "Rub" can be used to judge
the machine-made sand by rubbing two palms. After rubbing, clap your hands gently and check the powder layer adhered to the palm. The more powder layer, the higher the content of stone powder and the poor quality of machine-made sand.
3. "Pinch" can be used to judge
the machine-made sand by hand. Observe the tightness of the sand mass. The tighter it is, the higher the moisture content of the machine-made sand is.
4. Use "throw" to judge
the machine-made sand. After kneading, you can throw it in the palm of your hand. If the sand mass is not loose, it means that the machine-made sand is fine and contains more water or stone powder.
5. Use "test" to identify
professional units, test the indicators of machine-made sand, and distinguish the quality of machine-made sand through professional data information.
