The aggregate production line with an annual output of 5 million tons in Hunan was officially started with a total investment of 900 million yuan.

On January 31, the project of Cili Green Building Material Recycling Industrial Park, a Zhangjiajie in Hunan Province, was officially launched with a total investment of 900 million yuan. The project will build a new aggregate production line with an annual output of 5 million tons and a set of 2x270 cubic meters/hour commercial concrete production line, which is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year.

It is reported that the project, located in Lingxi Town, Cili County, is one of the first key start-up projects in Zhangjiajie City in 2023, and is invested and constructed by Hunan Runqi Chengxin Materials Co., Ltd. In March

2022, the government of Cili County held a scheduling meeting for the promotion of the green building materials recycling industrial park project, and made it clear that the dolomite mine for construction in Jiaochangwan of Cili County was the source of the green building materials mineral products of the project. The mining area is located in Erfangping Town in the southeast of Cili County. On the north side of the mine, there is a village-level road connected with S306 Provincial Highway and Changzhang Expressway. The transportation distance is about 4 kilometers, which can reach Cili and Zhangjiajie. The straight-line distance from the mining area to S306 Provincial Highway is 2.5 kilometers. The ore can be quickly transported to the side of S306 Provincial Highway by conveyor belt; In the south of the mining area, there is a village-level road connected with X003 County Road, which can reach Changde, Taoyuan and Cili, so the traffic is convenient.

The mining area is 0.4448 square kilometers, with 68.15 million tons of dolomite mine (332) for construction within the scope of transfer. The designed production scale of the mine is 5 million tons per year, and the service life of the mine is 12.8 years. In May

2022, the People's Government of Cili County announced the acceptance of the environmental impact assessment of the project mining mine. According to the announcement, Hunan Runqicheng New Materials Co., Ltd. has signed an agreement with Cili County Natural Resources Bureau to mine the dolomite mine for construction in Jiaochangwan, Cili County.

It is understood that Hunan Runqi Chengxin Materials Co., Ltd., founded in 2020, is an enterprise mainly engaged in non-metallic mineral products industry with a registered capital of RMB 100 million.
