Recently, the national cement industry super-large-scale all-motor robot intelligent control raw material transportation corridor was officially put into operation in Liyang, Changzhou, Jiangsu Province. The project will replace 700 heavy fuel trucks, reduce the throughput of local roads by 3.3 million times per year, reduce diesel consumption by 4392 tons, achieve industrial carbon emission reduction by 13500 tons, and effectively promote carbon reduction in the cement industry. Jiangsu Jinfeng Cement Group has invested 3.28 billion yuan in the project of
intelligent control of raw materials transportation corridor with a total length of 22.6 kilometers, which is one of the key projects in Jiangsu Province in 2021 and 2022. The conveying corridor adopts intelligent control system and inspection robot technology. Limestone from four mining areas in Shezhu Town of Liyang is crushed on the spot by the crushing system and then directly delivered to Jinfeng Cement Plant by the corridor conveyor belt to prepare cement. The annual conveying capacity can reach 50 million tons, which is one of the largest intelligent conveying corridors in China.
According to reports, the traditional cement raw materials are transported by heavy trucks from the highway, which not only has low efficiency and high freight, but also occupies the highway transportation resources, and there are great potential safety hazards. The road dust has a great impact on the living environment along the line. The construction and operation of fully enclosed intelligent transportation corridor can not only reduce the transportation cost of cement raw materials, but also solve the problems of dust emission and noise pollution during vehicle transportation, which is of great significance. It is another demonstration project for the green development of cement industry in our city.
It is understood that since March 2022, in the process of Jinfeng Group's construction of intelligent transportation corridor project, Liyang Power Supply Department has attached great importance to the establishment of special service classes for major projects, and has closely promoted the whole process of pre-consultation, application and acceptance, drawing design, completion and commissioning, so as to ensure the smooth commissioning of the project. Considering the large power demand of the transmission corridor, the power supply department completed the substation expansion project near the project in the shortest time to provide sufficient power support for customers. At the same time, the power supply department has also made every effort to promote the transmission corridor to make full use of the top space of the main corridor and two arc roofs with a span of 100 meters to build a 30 MW distributed photovoltaic power station. It is estimated that the power station can provide 35 million kilowatt-hours of green electricity annually, which is equivalent to saving 10000 tons of standard coal and reducing 26000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually compared with thermal power with the same power generation capacity. Its photovoltaic power generation can achieve 100% local consumption and achieve "win-win" of environmental protection and economic benefits.
