Since June 1, 2023, the transmission and distribution price of Henan Power Grid in the third regulatory cycle approved by the National Development and Reform Commission has been implemented. For users who implement the price of industrial and commercial electricity, the Notice clearly States that if the capacity of electricity consumption is 100 kilovolt-amperes or less, the single system of electricity price shall be implemented; if the capacity of electricity consumption is between 100 kilovolt-amperes and 315 kilovolt-amperes, the single system or two-part system of electricity price may be implemented; 315 kilovolt-ampere and above, the implementation of two-part tariff, the current implementation of a single tariff users can choose to implement a single tariff or two-part tariff.
