According to statistics, there are 27 suppliers with integrity problems. Among them, 4 photovoltaic enterprises are involved. The quotation IP of

Jiangsu Qihang Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Tongpu Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. in the photovoltaic area fence construction project is the same: 117.95.80.182 。 It was identified as a particularly serious misconduct by China Huaneng, and the two enterprises were suspended from participating in all procurement business within the scope of the group company for five years (from January 13, 2023 to January 12, 2028).

Shaanxi Fusheng Solar Photovoltaic Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Fusheng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. The e-commerce platform monitoring system shows that the two suppliers quote the same IP address. It was identified as a particularly serious misconduct by China Huaneng, and its participation in all procurement business within the scope of the group company was suspended for five years (from January 13, 2023 to January 12, 2028).

Announcement

of China Huaneng on Handling of Bad Behaviors of Suppliers In order to promote good faith performance and ensure the product quality and service level of suppliers, according to the relevant provisions of the Measures for Supplier Management of China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd. Suppliers with integrity issues were dealt with. The specific treatment is shown in the annex.

Note: The relevant suppliers can provide the Supplier Rectification Report to the bad behavior identification unit one month before the expiration of the above treatment period, and submit it to the group company level by level after passing the acceptance review.

The supplier's rectification shall meet the following conditions:

for service, integrity and other issues, the supplier shall formulate corrective measures and make a written commitment that similar problems will not occur again.
