On January 31, Dongtai Zhongbo Holding Co., Ltd. held the ignition ceremony of online TCO coated glass production line and the production ceremony of offline Low-E glass production line. Ma Liyun, Party Secretary and President of China Building Material Engineering Group, Lv Guo, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of China Glass Holdings, and Miao Bin, Vice Mayor of Dongtai City, attended the ignition ceremony.
It is understood that the two production lines put into operation this time are an online transparent conductive oxide (TCO) coated glass production line with a daily melting capacity of 600 tons, which is upgraded and transformed by a complete set of independent intellectual property rights of China Glass Holdings. The other is a newly built off-line Low-E coated glass production line with an annual output of 10 million square meters. The commissioning of the two production lines marks that Dongtai Zhongbo has officially entered the field of TC Oh glass and Low-E glass.
At the launch ceremony, Lv Guo said that since the establishment of Dongtai Zhongbo in 2008, Dongtai Zhongbo has been deeply cultivated for 15 years, and has received cordial care and strong support from leaders at all levels and colleagues from all walks of life. In recent years, Dongtai has been focusing on the goal of "green and intelligent land, ecological and healthy city", building green Dongtai, intelligent Dongtai, healthy Dongtai and happy Dongtai at a high level, and competing for a new track of green and low-carbon development.
It is reported that China Glass Holdings has been engaged in the research and application of float online coated glass technology for a long time, and "Float Online Oxide Series Functional Film Efficient Preparation Technology and Application" won the second prize of National Technology Invention, which is the only company in China with independent intellectual property rights of online TCO coated glass production technology. These patented technologies have been applied to the production line of this upgrade and transformation.
TCO is short for Transparent Conductive Oxide (transparent conductive oxide). The TCO glass is conductive glass coated with a TCO film on the surface, has the properties of low resistance, high light transmission and the like, and can be widely applied to photovoltaic power generation fields such as cadmium telluride batteries, perovskite batteries and the like, and fields such as flat panel display device electrodes, thin-film solar battery electrodes, intelligent color-changing glass electrodes, heat-insulating energy-saving windows, heating anti-fog glass, electromagnetic shielding windows, gas-sensitive elements and the like. The online TCO coated glass produced
by Dongtai Base has the advantages of strong film stability, long service life and easy storage and processing. Its products also have excellent photoelectric performance. Its main performance indicators such as light transmittance (photovoltaic transmittance > 83%), surface resistance (surface resistance < 12Ω) and haze (haze < 2%) have reached the optimized balance level. The product specification thickness is 3.2mm, and customers can customize according to their own needs.
Off-line Low-E glass production line is an extension project of Dongtai Zhongbo industry chain. After the project is put into operation, it will mainly produce single-silver, double-silver, three-silver energy-saving glass, high-grade household appliances glass, automotive glass and other deep-processed products. Dongtai Zhongbo will be one of the few companies that produce online Low-E glass and offline Low-E glass products at the same time, once again practicing the company's concept of green development.
