On January 31, the Development and Reform Commission of Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province, issued a notice on the list of industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaic development and construction in Zhuzhou City in 2023 (the first quarter). The circular pointed out that all counties (cities) and districts should strengthen project guidance, supervision and management to ensure that the project is completed and connected to the grid on time. For projects that have not been connected to the grid within 6 months, the construction list will be transferred.
The county (city) and district development and reform bureaus, together with the local power grid enterprises, will submit the construction list to the Energy Section of Zhuzhou Development and Reform Commission before March 20 in combination with the project approval. For distributed photovoltaic power generation projects, the construction of energy storage power stations or the purchase of energy storage services can be given priority in the construction list, so as to improve the regional new energy absorption capacity. Enterprises investing in
industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaic projects shall, in accordance with the requirements of the Notice on Further Standardizing the Filing of Distributed Photovoltaic Projects issued by Zhuzhou Development and Reform Commission, conscientiously complete the filing of projects, and the standardization and integrity of the filing contents and procedures shall be taken as factors for whether to be included in the list of development and construction.
According to the list, there are 52 industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaic projects in Zhuzhou in 2023, with a total scale of 153.341 MW, and the planned production time is in 2023.
