Recently, the State Energy Group issued a public bidding pre-qualification announcement for the procurement of group-level photovoltaic modules in 2023. The total capacity of this centralized procurement is estimated to be 10GWp, including 3GWp for P-type components and 7GWp for N-type components. The specifications are 540Wp and above for monocrystalline single/double-sided P-type components and 565Wp and above for monocrystalline single/double-sided N-type components. The purchase contract is valid until December 31, 2024.
Bid section 1-4:
The products of the bidding company are required to pass the certification of CGC or CQC or TUV, and the performance of the bidding company is required to be no less than 700MWp. The domestic contract performance of 540Wp and above P-type PV modules (subject to the time of signing the contract), and the framework contract is subject to the total supply of specific orders. In addition, the tender will adopt the pre-qualification method, and the number of applicants who have passed the pre-qualification will not exceed 10. The bidding company must apply for prequalification for the four bid sections of the project at the same time, and prepare the same prequalification application documents, otherwise all bid sections applied for will be rejected. When shortlisted and invited, they must also participate in the bidding of four bid sections at the same time, otherwise the bidding will be rejected. Consortium bidding and agent bidding are not accepted
this time. The purchase of prequalification
documents will begin at 20:00 (Beijing time) on September 15, 2023, and the purchase of prequalification documents will end at 20:00 (Beijing time) on September 20, 2023.
