Recently, the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of Pujiang County announced that the general building stone (tuff) mine of the comprehensive development and utilization project on the east side of Lishui Village, Punan Street, Pujiang County, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, will be sold for 11 years, with an annual output of 4.65 million tons and a starting price of 400 million yuan.
The mining area covers an area of 0.3366 square kilometers, with a resource reserve of 46.16 million tons. The winner of the
mining right shall strictly comply with the requirements of the Technical Specification for the Prevention and Control of Mine Dust in Zhejiang Province (Provisional), and do a good job in the prevention and control of mine dust. Spraying dust suppression measures must be taken in the links of rock drilling, mechanical excavation, drilling and shoveling. The whole process of vibration, crushing and storage of stones inside and outside the mining area shall be closed. The ground of the special road in the mining area shall be hardened, and the ground of the finished material yard shall be hardened and fully covered. In order to reduce the impact on the surrounding environment, the noise pollution should be reduced, and the water for production and living in the mining area can be discharged only after the purification reaches the standard, and the water circulation should be used. Under the guidance of the government, the
mining right bidder shall allocate the machine-made sand processing production line within the mining area to meet the needs of local economic and social development, and the management of the machine-made sand processing production line shall meet the relevant requirements.
According to the requirements of the layout zoning of the Construction Design Scheme for the Comprehensive Development and Utilization Project of the Mine Land on the East Side of Lishui Village, Punan Street, Pujiang County, the finished mine materials are only allowed to be transported to the stacking area beside Puyi Highway by the conveyor corridor , which is constructed by the bidder himself. The fees related to the land for the base of the corridor and the storage yard have been included in the policy treatment fee. Within the
mining area, 110kV high-voltage power lines pass through, and now the power department has been entrusted to carry out line relocation , and the related costs have been included in the policy treatment fee. The construction design, environmental impact assessment and other preliminary reports prepared in the early stage of the
project cost a total of 9.599 million yuan , which shall be paid by the mining right bidder to the designated account of Pujiang County Finance Bureau within 30 days from the date of signing the contract for the paid transfer of mining rights.
Because the export transportation road of mine products passes through Pujiang to Yiwu section of X820 County Road (K0 + 000-K9 + 166 section) and three villages of Y538 Township Road to Lishui Village. The mining right bidder shall, within 30 days from the date of winning the bid, pay a total of 117.46 million yuan of road repair and maintenance fees to the special financial account of non-tax funds of the Transportation Bureau of Pujiang County, Zhejiang Province in a lump sum, and the period of road repair and maintenance shall be the same as the period of validity of the mining right.
