Recently, in order to do a good job in the acceptance and sale of mining rights withdrawal within the red line of ecological protection in Yibin City, the task of mining rights withdrawal within the red line of ecological protection has been completed on time. Gui Hualin, member of the Party Committee/chief engineer of Yibin Natural Resources Planning Bureau, led the relevant personnel of the Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau, the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, the Municipal Forestry and Bamboo Bureau and the Municipal Natural Resources Planning Bureau to form an acceptance team to carry out the municipal acceptance of 26 mining rights withdrawn from the red line of ecological protection in Xingwen County and Changning County. Through consulting data and on-the-spot verification, the
acceptance team conducted on-the-spot inspection on the closure of mining rights, the demolition of facilities and equipment, and the completion of ecological environment restoration, and fully understood the development of mining rights withdrawal within the red line of ecological protection in relevant counties (districts). The acceptance team considered that the withdrawal procedures of relevant counties (districts) were standardized, the withdrawal files were perfect, and the county-level acceptance was carried out according to the procedures. They agreed that the withdrawal of 26 mining rights in Yibin City met the withdrawal standards of mining rights within the red line of ecological protection, and agreed to pass the municipal acceptance.
