Towering tower cranes and cranes keep running, transport vehicles shuttle back and forth, and machines roar. Many construction workers are working hard on the front line of construction, and there is a scene of rapid and vigorous work. This is the construction site of the company's coastal factory area, COSCO Qingjian's annual output of 7 million Tsinghua University's TUS assembly building industrialization project.
After a year of hard work, adhering to the "high standards and strict requirements", and running out of the "acceleration" of the project construction, another piece of good news came after the steel truss TC laminated slab was put into operation: the supporting commercial concrete branch plant of the project will be put into operation soon, and it is expected to be put into trial production in early October, with a capacity of 700,000 cubic meters per year.
The commercial concrete plant meets the green building standard as a whole. The production line consists of two fully automated production lines, integrating domestic advanced intelligent digital application technology. Through the digital operation of information such as ERP and the renewal of equipment and technology, traditional industries will be subverted to achieve high-quality, clean and refined production. The rainwater and sewage production and circulation system is comprehensively used inside and outside the plant to "turn waste into treasure" through technical means. In response to the call of "double carbon", "sponge city" materials are substantially used in infrastructure construction, and new energy equipment is introduced in transportation to further promote "energy saving and emission reduction".
With the cooperation between the company and the Architectural Design and Research Institute of Tsinghua University and the deepening of the construction of digital factories, the construction of the second phase of the plant area has gradually entered the state. As a pilot demonstration project of Tsinghua University's TUS architectural science system, a major industrial project in Zhejiang Province and a common prosperity project of Zhejiang Province's mountain-sea cooperation "industrial enclave", Binhai Factory will be unveiled step by step in the form of a benchmark factory with "digital design, intelligent production, green manufacturing, lean management and intelligent supply".
