Zhongshan Water Bureau stressed that illegal sand and mud washing not only caused serious damage to natural resources and ecological environment, but also brought serious security risks to water resources. Firstly, the sand washing yard shall strengthen the standardized management, make a good plan, carry out environmental impact assessment, make rational use of water resources and arrange production capacity; strengthen the closed-loop management of the whole process, formulate standardized accounts, sort out the relevant lists and materials in a "single set", and strengthen the real-time video monitoring. Second, departments at all levels should deepen their ideological understanding, strengthen joint cooperation, inspection and supervision, and take cracking down on illegal sand and mud washing as an important part of river and lake management and protection. It is necessary to combine dredging and blocking, standardize the management of land sand washing sites and sand and gravel dumps, and improve the desalination capacity of land sea sand desalination sites.
Subsequently, the inspection team went to Dajiaoyong to inspect the water pollution control situation and understand the current progress and the next stage of work. The main leaders of the Municipal Water Bureau stressed that in order to continue to promote the "large corps operations", the first is to carry out household investigation, find out the base number of drainage units, and accurately distinguish the types and quantities of units. Secondly, we should carry out water treatment according to local conditions, do a good job in linking up substandard water treatment and agricultural sewage treatment, sort out the needs of supporting pipeline network construction, and realize the full connection of domestic sewage.
