As early as 2018, PFGMI from Southeast Asia signed a purchase contract with Beibo Coating Technology Company on the production line of "Sunshine Film + Aluminum Mirror" coated glass after investigating several Low-E coating equipment companies around the world. In September of the following year, the equipment arrived at the customer's factory on time.
Beibo Coating Technology Company sent experienced engineers to the site, and the two sides cooperated in an orderly manner during the installation, commissioning and trial production stages. However, the outbreak of COVID-19 has disrupted all plans. In order to ensure that customers can take over, manage and operate the whole production line smoothly, the customer service engineers of Coating Technology Company are stationed to help customers solve a series of problems such as production, process and training, and make the equipment successfully put into commercial production in January 2020. The stability and efficiency of the equipment, as well as the solid foundation and accomplishment of the customer service personnel, make the equipment quickly enter the production state, and the customers can quickly produce high-quality coated glass, and quickly seize the opportunity of the local coated glass market. In February
2021, Beibo Coating Technology Company developed and verified "Tempered Silver Gray Coated Glass" for PFGMI Company. Once the new products were launched, they were quickly recognized by the local market and orders continued. Subsequently, the company assisted customers in formulating local industry standards for coated glass, further consolidating and strengthening the position of customers in the local market.
Based on a solid foundation of mutual trust, PFGMI purchased the second coating production line of Beibo in March 2021 for the production of toughened solar film glass. This production line was successfully put into commercial production in 2022, which won public praise for customers and brought huge profits.
