Red flame appeared on the signal screen of the large centralized control screen in the central control room of the production command center, and the No.1 boiler of the Alkali Project was successfully ignited! Qi Shiping, deputy general manager of yuanxing Company and head of the expert group of the project site commissioning headquarters, Wu Bartel, Yang Jianguo, Su Zhanrong and Zhang Yanan, deputy commander-in-chief of the project site, responsible persons of the participating units and relevant technical personnel and operators witnessed this important moment. At the moment
of flickering, more than a dozen systems, such as coal supply system, water supply system and primary and secondary air system, need to be linked, the project headquarters needs to carry out comprehensive and systematic co-ordination, and every staff involved in ignition needs to step on the time node to complete the preparatory work accurately. As large as every equipment, as small as every valve and every anchor bolt, they must be debugged one by one before ignition, every process must undergo strict interlocking test, and every node must be checked for potential safety hazards many times.. of Alkali Project is equipped with 3 boilers, each of which can produce 620 tons of steam per hour. The steam and power cogeneration unit area where the boiler is located, together with the low-pressure water circulation system, fire water system, primary water system, production water system, air compression station system and other utilities, provides water, heat, gas, power and other major kinetic energy for each unit area of the project. The successful ignition marks that the utilities of the Alkali Project, led by the cogeneration plant area, will be put into operation, and the project will enter the steam pipeline purging period in an all-round way, which is a milestone for the commissioning of the project.
