Second, we should strengthen the inspection and supervision of the river surface, conduct open and secret visits to the management of sand mining in key river sections, wharfs, anchorages and other waters, and insist on early and small, strict management and strict control; The third is to make full use of the video surveillance system, strengthen the night patrol, increase the frequency of patrol in the waters where illegal sand mining is prone to occur, and implement precise crackdown on sand-related illegal activities; the fourth is to integrate law enforcement resources, jointly carry out unified Qingjiang action in the water conservancy, fishery, public security and other departments of the defense area, and give full play to the efficiency of department linkage and regional cooperation.
