According to statistics, in 2022, the use of bulk cement in the city is about 3.492 million tons, the use of ready-mixed concrete is about 11.73 million cubic meters, and the use of ready-mixed mortar is about 134,000 tons. Referring to the formula algorithm of Fujian Bulk Cement Association Journal to promote the use of bulk cement, save costs, protect ecology, save energy and reduce emissions, the city uses 3.492 million tons of bulk cement, which can reduce the emission of dust by 35000 tons, carbon dioxide by 157100 tons, sulfur dioxide by 116.28 tons and nitrogen oxides by 201.56 tons; The comprehensive utilization of waste is 880,600 tons, including 642,300 tons of fly ash and 238,300 tons of mineral powder.

67 batches of sand samples were taken from 67 ready-mixed concrete enterprises in the city for testing, and no chloride ion content was detected. A total of 128 batches of sand samples were selected for decoration, masonry plastering and backfilling. Chloride ion content was tested according to GB/T14684 and JG/T494 standards. The test results were lower than specified values of the two standards, and no sea sand was found.
