This is the first time that the production and sales of machine-made sand have surpassed that of natural sand after breaking through the 10 million tons mark in 2021. In addition, the average utilization rate of machine-made sand in Ningbo is 52%, and some ready-mixed concrete enterprises have used 100% machine-made sand.
It is reported that in recent years, in order to fully implement the spirit of the document "Several Opinions on Promoting the High-quality Development of the Mechanized Sand and Stone Industry" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (2019) 239, the Ningbo Building Material Management Center, in accordance with the relevant requirements, has carried out the work of "Promoting the High-quality Development of the Mechanized Sand and Stone Industry". From the development of machine-made sand industry, the improvement of production capacity, the construction of standard system, the improvement of digital supervision platform and the training of inspectors, we have actively carried out various work to vigorously promote the high-quality development of machine-made sand in the whole city, and the production capacity and product quality of machine-made sand have been greatly improved, which provides a solid guarantee for Ningbo to comprehensively promote the progress of engineering projects and the quality and safety of engineering projects.
Among them, quality inspection training should be implemented to strictly control the quality of products leaving the factory. The construction sand inspector is the gatekeeper of the ex-factory quality of the construction sand, the recommender of the product quality improvement, and the technician of the production process improvement. The quality of the inspector directly affects the quality of the construction sand. To this end, in 2022, Ningbo Building Materials Center organized 9 job skills training sessions for 229 new inspectors, and 218 passed the examination, with a pass rate of 95.2%. Continue to do a good job in the continuing education of the old inspectors.
In addition, in 2022, combined with the release of the new national standard of Sand for Construction and two local standards, a comprehensive and systematic training and education was conducted for the old inspectors of sand for construction in Ningbo. Strictly implement the practical assessment of inspectors. Taking advantage of the opportunity of quality supervision of machine-made sand enterprises, the inspectors'practical ability to test product quality indicators is assessed, and the inspectors whose practical ability is not up to standard are "recycled".
Successful operation of "Ningbo Construction Project Digital Supervision System-Building Material Supervision Subsystem" has significantly improved the effect of construction sand supervision. Through the digital system of the platform, the quality and quantity of machine-made sand products in the whole city are monitored, and the early warning function of the platform is used to effectively supervise the enterprises with objections to the quantity and quality of products in real time, so as to effectively crack down on illegal sand sources. Next, Ningbo Building Material Center will continue to improve the top-level design of "Building Material Supervision Subsystem", laying a good foundation for improving the intelligent level of quality supervision of machine-made sand.
