While deepening political supervision through the linkage of "office group", the group strengthens discipline accountability through the coordination of "office group", cooperates with the relevant departments of the State Supervision Committee of the Central Discipline Commission, the Discipline Commission of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the Discipline Commission of Liaoning Province. At present, three Party members and cadres in the mining supervision system involved in the Alashan open-pit coal mine accident and the Fuxin Honglin coal mine underreport accident have been detained for investigation, four have been punished by Party discipline and government affairs, and more than 10 are studying and proposing disposal opinions. Since this year, we have dealt with 53 clues to the problems of the mine supervision system, used "four forms" of criticism and education to help and deal with 33 people, and punished or organized 4 people; To guide the discipline inspection organs of the system to deal with 96 clues, 15 cases were filed and 13 people were punished.
Focusing on the two key points of standardizing the operation of power and building a pro-Qing political and commercial relationship, the discipline inspection and supervision team has further promoted the reform through cases, promoted the improvement of the communication mechanism among the members of the provincial Bureau team in different places, and formulated a negative list of political and commercial exchanges in the mine safety supervision system; Supervise and urge to carry out special rectification of illegal part-time remuneration of leading cadres in mining enterprises and other units, and collect 3.5653 million yuan of illegal remuneration; follow up the special rectification of law enforcement style of the supervision system and self-examination and self-correction of red envelopes and gifts, and promote the work to go deep and solid. We should attach equal importance to incentives and constraints, and achieve the integration of "investigating cases, preventing risks, plugging loopholes, promoting governance and shaping culture".
